This is so sick. I have always had a soft spot in my heart for the 350 and 370 chassis and the VQ35 and VQ37 just does it for me. The fact that you made it run so well turbocharged is awesome imo. I would've loved to have been able to bring my 508 whp Civic coupe to this event. I have a really short geared Integra GSR transmission in it, but it has a LSD in it along with a longer Integra LS 5th gear in it so with the standard gearing it would top out at 135-140 mph (ask me how I know...lmfao), but now it should be closer to 155-165 mph. It's not as crazy as your Z, but I think you would dig my car. I am the kind of person that appreciates everyone's builds as long as they love them as much as I love my car.
Damn that z man so fast and it's not even on kill mode . Freshhkicks had them shifts buttery smooth , literally 2 mph off from the record crazy . Nigmo with 295mm or 305mm little more boost that record is done for . Great job freshhkicks

Didn't realize all those other cars fell into the 160-175mph club in the 1/2mile. Way to represent the 350Z guys! At those speeds, I personally would be looking into high speed down force options. And check all your rear end suspension linkage for abnormal wear, because of the 700+HP. Keep it safe out there. ;^)

Gotta get some aero going if you want to hit those higher speeds. Full under panels, diffuser, and splitter. The air under your car gets disrupted a lot so getting is sealed up will make a big difference

@Freshkiicks Next time you go for the record, tape up all the openings in between the bumper, hood and front fenders. Air goind in between those cracks in the body will cause unnecessary drag, and the faster you go, the more it becomes apparent. Look at other Half mile cars and you will see they duct tape the hell out of their front end. Good luck.

From the sound and the way the car is acting I would say the 300zx you filmed still has the VG30. I'm sure it's not stock, but I believe its the original engine.

Have you ever though of having the Z tested in a wind tunnel? You'd be surprised how much it would improve the speed by only adjusting the aero of the car.
Bruh would you recommend a 350z 6 speed as a first stick shift. I know and am able to drive stick so not a total newbie but some say stock clutch go out easy and not trying to upgrade to a heavy ass clutch. Just finally considering coppin me one but clutch life is no joke on the 680, 580, highway 4 and highway 24 lol

Freshhkiicks vgs sounds different depending on how you mod it and what exhaust setup you have. For the most part all not straightpiped proper exhaust vgs sound pretty much the same lol

I already shift fast bro lol. That won't do anything for traction, for my TQ numbers and weight of the car with a dusty runway its just not going to hook. I don't spin that bad on the hwy.
