CSA (Child Support agency) ___has changed it name to now; the names have been changed to protect the innocent, the CMS, (the Child Maintenance Service); three words to strike fear into the very heart of a non-residential parent.
Very often non-residential parents don't pay child maintenance because, for whatever reason, the resident parent is not letting them see the children.
I'm afraid that's a completely separate issue. If you are a resident parent and you are not being able to see your children doesn't remove the need to pay child maintenance and the CSA and CMS they will still chase you for it so you can't use the fact that you don't see your children as an excuse not to pay child maintenance.

But they can make up figures, have their own court codes so it all goes in their favour, use threats.. I don't think so
