Thank you! This was very clear and very interresting!
Super helpful! Thank you!
You're welcome!
Can you run the app on multiple devices, please?
Thanks for this amazing video! ❤️Please could you explain me also if the fodmaps 'summarise' ? Eg. I see food X is green at this amount and food Y is green at this amount. Can I eat both at the same meal? Otherwise how long to wait?
You are very welcome! The green low FODMAP serving sizes are very conservation. This means you can combine multiple green rated serves of different foods into a meal. Just leave a few hours before repeating a food. You can find some more information on this topic here: monashfodmap.com/blog/fodmap-stacking-explained/
I wasn't clear on how to keep my food diary going. Where do I do that at?
Hello there 😊
Question please, the greenlight portion amount of an item is that per meal or for the whole day.
It's per meal: alittlebityummy.com/blog/are-the-low-fodmap-serving-sizes-for-foods-per-meal-or-per-day/
@@Alittlebityummy thank you
Does the diary link to the foodist? Or is there a separate food list in the diary?
Hi Dazee, the notes in the diary area of the app are separate to the notes that you add to individual foods in the food list area. This means they are not linked at this stage.
