You know, I never realized until your comment that, while everyone in EN do blend well with each other, they never actually harmonize with each other. In all of their songs, they all sing the melody, and even Kiara, Calli, and IRyS (the more experienced singers) don't sing harmonies. I think their joint songs would really benefit from them stretching their skills and using harmony more; it'd take their great songs and push them to a new level.

Kiara's voice is seriously hard to mix, but if a professional know how to handle her voice, the result could be really amazing. Gojo Kai can do a great job at mixing her voice too (ex: Goodbye Declaration), but he's kinda a hit or miss tho
Redshift is goated. Been listening to him for a long time, and love that he carved out a niche in hololive through coco, and his remixes with Kiara have all been amazing
