I cried when Ron finally told Leslie why he held a grudge against her. For him to walk up to her and be ready to ask for a job, in federal government, represented such a humbling moment for him, such an honest assessment of the situation that he was, such a sincere attempt to receive help and be close to the people he loved. He was ready and able to let go of his whole code of conduct just to be near those he cared about. Hell, i'm crying now again.
It was a testament to Ron's growth as a character and the effect that Leslie has on people. Leslie represents everything he hates about bureaucracy, but they care so much for each other that he was willing to set his principles aside, just to be part of the team again! That from Ron is a huge step! I also love how he said "You took April away from me!" That must have really hurt, April and Ron understand each other in a way that I don't think even Andy or Dianne, or even Leslie could! They belong together!

as said by ron himself "leslie is a wonderful, loyal friend who is very important in my life but i would sooner visit europe than have something romantic happen between us."
It’s almost completely happened at my job. There’s only 2 people left my age that haven’t left yet. It’s depressing and the job sucks + it gives me severe anxiety and depression. So I’m getting out of this job hopefully in the next couple of weeks.
When you know someone who almost never shows emotion and then one day you see them sad, it's rough. My dad was the toughest guy I know but when my grandma, his mom, passed away, he was a mess. one of the best friendships in tv, hands down
I cry everytime I hear buddy start playing in the last scene omg
on first watch i felt like the feud between ron & leslie was kind of contrived for drama... but TBH they're both such strong personalities that it kind of seemed inevitable. also "Ron & Leslie" was one of the best episodes in the whole series. so like... i'm not mad about it anymore
Leslie and Ron have one of the most beautiful friendships.
At 7th season when the heart to heart episode played. My heart crushed... I feel bad for Ron :((
Ron and Leslie are how the two party system is supposed to work.
Did anyone else notice the way Ron holds the bottle at 3:03
“Go to bed jimmy”
it's so funny when he refers to ann as the nurse LMFAO😭😭😭😭
*ron proceeds to drink an entire bottle of gasoline*
Is it bad I think the funniest part of this is April drinking the moonshine and immediately freaking out?
The most wholesome friendship in the show
Probably my favorite tv and real life friendship of all time.
