That’s what I hear the dollar goes a lot further outside of Santa Barbara when it comes to real estate specially another states in the country. Shocking.

It depends on which community you’re referring to. The Santa Barbara area where I sell real estate a 2000 square-foot Rancho is going to start at about $2 million plus or minus depending on location and condition.
Say those prices again, try it with a straight face!
