Clem has inherited an absolute mess. When you hear the figures he is quoting something has gone seriously wrong at the club and supporters should be glad he is looking into it. Should be a tidy ship once Clem has sorted out 30 plus years of mismanagement. Could the fan forum meeting be done as a RUclips live? That would help with comms and take pressure off Clem to do these interviews on his own.
I don't know about Clem but the deliver of these scripted mono-tone questions are doing my head in. Same for Mad Gav's interview. Guy - get a personality, you are our head of media. I get needing to prepare the questions but at least sound like you are interested in asking them!

I dunno if you look at what he said he was going to do he's delivering on most of it ....had the form at the beginning of the season continued he'd be the best chairman ever football is fickle but so are fans at times.
I'm sure we'll see the teams that are throwing money at their first teams that don't make promotion in trouble next season.
RPI was 12.7 % last year and 4% today imagine if he'd said prices are going up with inflation and it was £30 a ticket it's a massive cost to take on while competing with the likes of Stockport, Mansfield and Wrexham budgets now Gillingham and Colchester have spent massive in January.

There are too many haters here so to balance it out: thanks Clem, there are those of us who understand that we're a small club and are happy with a steward who is investing their most limited resource (time) into keeping our club running. It'll be roller coaster, we're in a dip now but there will be highs too. Hope that you'll be able to enjoy them with the fans 🙂 (and honestly I can't imagine how you can combine this with your other business from the other side of the world).
Fans are ofcource allowed to curse and share there frustrations but can we hear constructive critisicim ? There are so many negitive voices. Where is the passion ? If one really has been and seen the lows and highs stfc have since the 60s onwards? It becomes a love affair and i ask those who don't, be it fan or player? Do you understand the words " I can't stop(not just help,) falling in Love with you?" sadly I wonder if your one of the few who - sing just the blues? Red Rooted To The Core COYR ❤

Small club???? Small clubs don't take 34 thousand to Wembley, currently watching us yet again struggle to even get a shot on target!! Another 3.5 million in adim fees coming up then, get your head out of the sand FFS

Plan is keep the playing budget a secret get in inexperienced cheap players in and hope .No team gets promotion with that strategy
And no team has success by divulging their budget. Share what you have to spend, guess what - the price of the player you're targeting goes up and you pay more for them!
Completely reasonable to keep the budget close - less reasonable to suggest our budget is a "promotion" budget when it doesn't seem to have been

Decent, honest sounding interview with good questions.
Id only point out that we are already 6-12 months behind the ground development timeframe published when we bought the ground.
Personally think the questions could have been stronger - but these are likely to be approved questions to facilitate the interview, which is fair enough.
Some answers, but still lots left unanswered for me

Everything aside, You failed to mention how you treated the original coaches of the Womens Team with KP and Lally, this was first of many rang alarm bells to me, I think you are a man of apologies but no back up with it. You can talk the talk but not do the walk. The only reason that lady is in charge of the womens team is her husbands company is a major sponsor. Stinks.
Totally agree here, shows what type of people we have in charge. Their own interests first, reminds me of the government?
