I love how you explained the logic of these problems in the beginning. It made it so much easier to just think them through like that instead of just mindlessly plugging numbers into a formula.

To all viewers, Take the time to write a comment. This man deserves everyone's adulation for a JOB WELL DONE! He does Magnum Opus (Great Work) teaching any STEM topics. I have learned so much from his videos. I am overwhelmed by his ability to take complex topics and make them understandable. I cannot thank you enough for being so magnanimous with your time creating learning videos. You will be responsible for giving many individuals the ability to increase their STEM knowledge and professional ascendancy. Thanks so much!

Professor Organic Chemistry Tutor, thank you for an exceptional video/lecture on How to solve common Dilution problems using simple formula Concentration or Molarity with Volume in AP/General Chemistry. The equation that is used to solve each problem in the video is simple to follow, however, for more difficult problems the equation that is used changes with each problem. Word problems in Chemistry are problematic from start to finish. This is an error free video/lecture on RUclips TV with the Organic Chemistry Tutor.

Hello , and thank you for your great efucational videos...
i have a question please : when diluting a weak acid i noticed in the books that they use the dilution formula :C1V1=C2V2 based on the fact that the number of moles will stay constant , however for weak acid we know that upon adding water the dissociation of the weak acid increases to maintain balance and hence the number of moles of the weak acid decreases , so based on that how the dilution formula still applies?...thank you in advance.

    3. A protein solution of unknown concentration was assayed as follows: 250µl of the unknown was taken and diluted to a volume of 1ml. An assay was then performed on 500µl of the diluted sample, which was found to contain 50µg of protein. What was the original concentration (in mg/mL) of the unknown protein solution?
