      In a way Yes and No, given his present position in the society this show is almost close to "The David Rubenstein Show" equivalent for India...in some sorts...he has the money/wealth, the time and the intent of helping the future line of entrepreneurs. In that way absolutely YES...
      No or perhaps NOT necessarily because his questions clearly across all his WTFs are for himself to learn in the process from the best in their respective domains and/or success stories. For him it is a wealth of information as his questions are far more deep rooted and intrinsic than any average journalist or media interview and that is clearly his mission as stated at the start of each show..if you notice closely there is a pattern that will emerge that shows Nikhil is trying to understand in real life from the experiences of others mostly successful individuals over the last 2 decades across domains and relate it some of the reading and research he is doing and has been for sometime now, on psychology books and perhaps older versions of behavioural impacts that make people successful...so he is getting SOMETHING that he clearly believes is not possible to validate besides understanding if anything that he has read or is reading is true...

    I really like the type of questions nikhil asked like from the very basic questions to advance properly tapping what we actually want to know not some unnecessary
    storylines only
    These days various podcasts of hours long talk about the journey,storylines and other unnecessary questions but only few of them talk quality
    Which aligns with what a viewer want to learn and I believe this podcast in worth listening/watching in that sense, thanks for producing something that counts ❤

The fact that her husband worked in HUL would have helped them to get their initial product manufactured rather than cold calling or anything. I am a retiree and miss having these conversations...corporate conversations. After reading the papers my go to is Nikhil's podcasts which fills up this void of not having these conversations. These podcasts are enriching and compels you to think...my day starts well. Just that I get lots of ideas and don't know what to do with them.

    First of all, I love Nikhil. ❤😭 Not Fan girling or buttering, but I genuinely admire him a lot. The way he has made peace with his insecurities and flaws is something many people will be envious of. Also, I never thought I would relate to him so much. All the things he said, he doesn't like to see sympathy for him in the eyes of others, he needs to isolate in order to come up to a solution, he never talks about his problems, imposter syndrome, niceness, everything is so relatable. I don't know if it's edited or not, but when he told everyone about his father passing away 30 days ago, there was a sympathy in their eyes and he immediately changed the topic. It was evident right there that he doesn't like people feeling sorry for him. Also when he said, "I look for people who are nice, because I want to hangout with them." pehle toh, I was thinking how to get there and secondly even I think that there are very few nice people left. I know a lot of people, who are very knowledgeable, Intelligent, working at good positions, earning great, but they make people around them feel bad about themselves and that's something I can't stand by. It's just an opinion, but I think Nikhil would make a great husband !! And I derive this not from this particular episode, but all the episodes I've watched so far. Self aware men are generally great husbands. The concern is emotional availability, otherwise all good.

    Kindly make a podcast about "WTF is best career"
    As the major reason why we aren't doing a startup isn't that we don't have enough knowledge about "Finance" (I mean that's not what's absolutely stopping us), it's that we don't know that when a big chunk of successful founders are academically excellent and did their education from premier institutes, should we do a startup in college or should we prepare for MBA? It's question like these which stops us

    Nikhil Sir! There is a particular thing I would love for you to address in the coming podcasts which is "ADHD". I think no one really talks about it and no one really understand the depth of the effect that it has on people's life and how its ruining people's life without them understanding it. Especially teens adults and even millennials. As a 23 yo myself with undiagnosed ADHD, struggling 10x harder than normal people just to get the basic of the basic tasks done is a daunting thing in itself , and that is just the tip of the iceberg(It gets very dark to a point where you want to end everything without you knowing what is causing you to feel that way). It might sound funny, or people will substitute it for "Laziness" but only people with ADHD will understand how their world works. I can bet my entire life on that fact that 50-60% of Indian population will be suffering with this unknowingly and they blame themselves for being the way they are. SOMEONE needs to talk about it.I see all the founders, entrepreneurs, businessmen talking about how average people are lazy and stuff, we get it , but has anyone thought to dig deep to actually understand? Maybe some people are genuinely suffering and need help. Untreated ADHD will cause a life full of problems. Hope someone sees this and acknowledges. Open to talk more about it.

    • @neelisettynikith5650
      @neelisettynikith5650 10 месяцев назад +1

      You are absolutely right! No one talks about it. My friend has recently discovered he has ADHD (didn't even know what it meant until he was 22), and he has realized what went wrong all these years. Spoke to it about his parents because he was not able to take it anymore and their parents responded with "Forget it, its nothing, don't give excuses, you're grown up, work more hard". It's not HIS fault and there isn't much awareness or help here in India. Doctors/Neuroscientists/surgeons should be talking about it as they do it in the US and people have changed their life around with little help and diagnosis. But i genuinely I wish you get the help you need. Please feel free to reach out to talk to because very less people will UNDERSTAND you when you express rather than labelling it "lazy"
