That double-jeopardy myth sure gets overworked in radio/tv/movies, like the murder victim turning up alive entitles the defendant to a free do-over - hah! No one can be tried twice for the same crime (unless they want a retrial) but a second murder on a different date isn't rhe same crime, even if the victim is the same..

Nice psychodrama
The dashing Douglas Fairbanks Sr invented the swashbuckler film genre but his son Doug Jr was a far more versatile actor.
