the bridge you sailed under in vancouver is the lions gate named for what looks like two sitting lions between cypress and grouse mountains and was built in 1938 by the guinness family (pint) for the land they still own called the british properties.

Always wanted to know what Seaborn or Cunard were like and always cruise Princess…and own stock, so both part of the CCL family and I kinda want to jump over Holland and advance to luxury lines. Thanks guys for sharing to see if the extra up charges are worth it. We always Green Lane Medallion with Princess that helps cut down the chaos, but we are ready for smaller ships, and an upscale experience. 💜
Our goal with these videos really was to inform and show what it’s like being on board a Seabourn cruise. We couldn’t find much out there that showed the whole experience, so that’s what we tried to do!

Found you when we looked up a Cabo trip in Feb, you had just been on 7- day Mex Riviera on the Discovery, we went to Cabo turn around last minute cruise just 2 weeks after you. We wouldn’t have done laundry, but you showed it + it was FREE!!! Your whale sightings were so inspiring, we saw multiple pods ourselves. I love that wifey stays in on port days often and hubby goes out exploring in port, my husband always dragging me off ship, it actually gave me ammo to say, “See, cruising should be relaxing and I don’t want to run off boat like a puppy, I just want to chill” , especially like in Cabo were you stay overnight and have an option not to miss port on one of those days. Ugh 😩 we are actually hitting a great compromise and balance because you two show us options of both cruisers needs and enjoyment. We would have never ate at Rudi’s Fish but for your endorsement…FABULOUS FOOD!!! we are Crown Grill people. Plus we are always quoting and joking how you guys said, “ Princess Karaoke just hits different “ 🤣😂 we agree!!!! Love to go whenever possible. Just got off a repositioning cruise for the Alaska season two weeks ago and booked March Mexican Riviera on Discovery (7th cruise) because we loved Cabo so much and your first video we saw. Well, the boarding process was so fast and smooth it sort of caught us off guard. Ha! We’re used to having more time on those places, but it was all so effortless that the next thing we knew we were on the ship. No lines, no real waiting, it was just easy.

My husband and I found your channel just after we got back from our Alaska cruise with Holland America. We are enjoying having a peak at what a Seaborne cruise is all about. I don’t think we will ever be on one ourselves. I looked up an Alaska cruise with them, leaving at the end of this week, balcony cabin, for both of us, in Canadian dollars, $14,000! Our total for our Holland America balcony cabin, with gratuities, and special package that included drinks, wifi, one special restaurant and $200 on board credit, was under $5,000 CA, for both of us. I would choose to go on more cruises ! But hey, if your budget allows it looks fabulous! We do really enjoy watching you two and the love and care displayed whenever you interact. God bless you both!

I will say, i expected it to be like concierge on Disney, but we have seen the concierge rooms, and I have to say, even the basic Seabourn rooms were nicer than the concierge rooms! I can't even imagine what some of the bigger suites are like!

I loved the library on our p&o cruise, i left 6 books I'd brought (and read on board) and borrowed another 6 i returned. Sea days are perfect for reading on a sunbed!
Did you happen to notice if they accommodated gluten free offerings? I've been looking at this cruise as a possible option. Looks beautiful and I love the smaller capacity.

Canada Place in Vancouver is where part of the 1986 Worlds Fair(Expo 86). It was so much fun. Was there and also there was the first floating McDonald’s. It was actually a ferry. Ed ate there. Which is no longer there.
It's amazing. She absolutely loves her job and the company! In fact, even at the end of this cruise she said "i'm excited to get back to work!" who in the world says that after vacation?! Ha!
