Just in my humble opinion, here's a few things that might help you out.. 1) Those doors look old. I I had the same ones in the condo I live in, which was built in the 80's. I just took all the doors off. That way, you don't have to mess with them, and it actually kind of opens up the place a little bit 2) As much as these issues may bother you, they are minor compared to many other places. It could be much much worse. 3) Considering you're not paying a cent for this place, or very little, I have to assume.. I'd be happy with what I had if I were you 4) Perhaps they would help you a bit more if you had a better attitude. Just from this one video I can tell you attitude pretty much sucks. If you can afford the hair dye and ruin the cab it doors. You can afford $20.00 for a gallon of white paint and a paint brush and fix it yourself….. that way the next occupant doesn’t have to live with your neglect like you pointed out to us the previous occupants neglect. If you put a small amount of money and time into your home, you will be much happier while you are in it.
Paint the bathroom cabinet , have someone help you a friend put in a new kitchen floor, that’s a small space, and wash the outside of your refrigerator. The tub area can be fixed if it’s done the right way with grout. You can put wood putty on the closet doors and paint them after you wash them, those doors are moot bad I had those. The window sills can be grouted and painted over, they Doo look in need of serious attention.

Will you be posting anymore videos? just found your channel today. if you're still in the same apartment now I would definitely cover that hole under sink with duct tape. also caulk any cracks you see. you shouldn't have to live with bugs. they should put down new floor in kitchen for you and provide pest control. hopefully they have fixed things since this video! looking forward to any new videos about your apartment or whatever.
Put a small carpet in front of both the oven and the refrigerator, you can even get them at the dollar store. Cover up the hole under the sink with some thick tape, it won’t look good but it will at least keep any bugs etc out.

My disabled brother lives in a rent subsidized apartment in a large complex in the Boston MA area, it is not fancy but it is clean and is kept up.
Section 8 here in Cali wouldn't of passed inspection for the outlet without the plate cover big no no!
