One of the most useful retro videos on RUclips. We actually get actionable things we can do that don’t feel too theoretical or cringy. You make RUclips a better place. Thanks a lot.
this was the best explanation of restrospective ever, thank you so much for this video . Very good content , i will have to follow you , really , thank you so much
Thanks for sharing this. Its amazing for conducting online retrospective. I wanted to know which online tool is used so that team can collaborate on same slide. Like filling answer notes?
Happy that you liked it Smitha! The tool that I use in this video is Google Slides. You can download the template at: www.workshopwednesday.co/videos/best-online-retrospective-for-beginners
@@WorkshopWednesday Already did and going to use it for my first retrospective. Thanks for sharing it . Never worked on google slide before so Working around it .. 😊
You will do great! You can export from Google Slides by clicking File > Export > Download as PDF (Or as separate images is also possible, but this takes more work) Let me know how it went 🙌
Thank you Arthur! I learned about you in the Miro webinar. Miro is definitely a level up from google slides. Nevertheless your video and template helped us to integrate retros as a routine. One more thing: I ❤️ the intro/outro song! What’s the track ID?
That's amazing to read Phil. Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment! So great that this helped you to build a retro routine. Ps. I got the song from Epidemic Sound, but I'm not sure about the title 😅
Btw. I made this video when I was not sure yet if I would go all-in on Miro regarding my RUclips videos. But after a couple of videos Miro made way more sense, so this specific template is also available on Miroverse: miro.com/miroverse/best-retrospective-for-beginners/
@@WorkshopWednesday thanks, that's the template we're actually using. It's great! There's one thing though which we occasionally have a hard time with: The transition from step 5 Lean Coffee to step 6 Worked Well, Do Differently - since we tend to go too deep into suggestions in the Lean Coffee part.
Hi Ajinkya, you have received the Google Slides template in your email. Enjoy! Ps. Powerpoint is not a good tool for Retrospectives, as it's not built for collaboration.
