Great video as always. It's interesting getting to know more about Atlanta though watching your videos. I go to the nearby campus of Georgia Tech. So watching your videos help in learning more about Atlanta.

The Georgia General Assembly needs to take the lead and work Atlanta Mayor Andrea Dickens, Governor Brian Kemp, Business and Community Leaders, and Residents of Atlanta to build the proposed $1.5 billion Terminal in the Gulch Area of Downtown Atlanta. The Terminal would be a hub for marta, regional passenger train service, local and regional buses, and other transportation services. This would be a great investment for Atlanta, Georgia, and the Atlanta Metropolitan Region.

I saw some of Atlanta's abandoned buildings. I must say they look beautifully haunting if that makes any sense.

This building should have been demolished decades ago. It was sitting there abandoned before the MARTA station was built in the70's. They tore down every building across the street from it and everyone thought it was going to get the wrecking ball too. 2022 and it's still there?

Housing would be amazing right next to Five Points Station cuz you can get almost anywhere in the city using MARTA. Esp affordable housing. If it’s already housing the homeless, why not turn it into affordable housing! Could be a really cool project.

Atlanta Democratic Mayor Andrea Dickens is a great leader with clear communication, decisiveness, trustworthiness, empowerment, and resilience. Mayor Andre Dickens has a close working relationship with the Residents of the city of Atlanta, Business leaders, Governor Brian Kemp, and the Buckhead City Committee and Buckhead community residents. May God keep the City of Atlanta and the Buckhead Community together as one city 🙏 🙌 .

GM definitely had a lot of land there. I need to see if I can get the drone up over that property. It might be in PDK airspace.
