Klopp never forced Nunez into the starting 11 because of his fee, when firmino was fit he always started over nunez, whenever jota’s fit he started over nunez, even when both of them were out he’d swap between playing nunez and gakpo centrally even tho it was obvious gakpo was a winger the whole time. Nunez started most of his games when diaz was injured aswell as jota so gakpo played left and nunez centrally. Villa fan on the Grealish situation. Personally I didn't like the boos at all and it did not feel justified. But it seems to be a bit of a split in the Villa fanbase over this and it wasn't all of villa park booing him. Grealish reacting to it with the 3 fingers is just him being emotional in the moment, happens to all of us. One thing I will say though is to say the 100m we got for Grealish is the only reason we have success now is simply not true. The reason for Villa's success is more deep rooted in the Owners and the way they have continued to back managers over the last few years.
People forget that Trezeguet scored winning goals for Villa in the games before the Final day where grealish scored and helped us stay up, Grealish also had injuries at certain points. Don't get me wrong, he was a bit part of us surviving, but it was so much more than just grealish and its frustrating when people try and diminish Villa's success by putting it down to one man who isnt even at the club anymore.

Salah is our best ever PL player but Gerrard is a greatest and there's a distinction between the two. This is not to say Salah isnt better but more for what Gerrard did in terms of staying when the club was awful and actually kept us relevant. If Gerrard didnt do what he did, the Klopp era never happens. Not to say Gerrard isnt as good but in terms of impact, no one would come close atm
