We all are so focused on what we look like while we are here... Too fat , too skinny, too homely... and what he said, "that body isn't me". We waste so much time worrying about these things when it's our spirit, our souls that is what is important
Sometimes it’s so difficult to remember that and not be bothered by our physical flaws.
No! Our bodies are important to God. That’s why a big part of our hope is the redemption of our bodies! We will have glorified bodies because mortality will be swallowed up by immortality. God is involved physically with us as well; our bodies are the temple of His Holy Spirit. Tis all in His Word.
ellybean… yes many years ago I had an experience (before I became a believer) where I was suddenly sitting up below the ceiling, looking down on my body. I said “oh, look, there I am down there” but in actual fact, I was up below the ceiling looking at what I recognised as my body down there. Me…I… was not in that container that looked like me. That was lifeless. All my feelings, everything that constituted Me, was in spirit. As soon as I realised this, whoomp I was back in my body. Never forgot it. Thank You Jesus for showing me this.

The Black family is one of the most Wonderful Christian families I’ve ever met! Dale, Don, Darrell brothers, their wives. Pam & Paula, their mom & dad & Children….. spent a Wonderful Christmas in The Pasadena mountains with this beautiful family! I begged Dale to tells us about Heaven & at that time he absolutely would not speak of his Journey to Heaven as he wasn’t ready at that time … This was in the late 1980’s… ❤️

The straight and narrow is a Person, it’s Jesus Christ. He is the way. The broad way that leads to destruction is self and trying to attain eternal life by oneself.

Am a nurse trying to back into nursing. Could not agree more and am voting to write movies (of willing) about 1) knowing God and taking care of your body. It is vital to praying and take care of our body. We are not alone. Jesuspaid it all and wevmiist take care of the temple be of the Holy Host the salvation of whick he took the torturus penalty of of sins. I fully understand! I have lost so many personal things (Husband, 18year old Spirit filled Son etc) but I watched as God help me to allowed it all too work toward the death of my sin nature (works of my flesh). Spiritually my sin nature died when I was born-again at eleven years of age and yet throughout my life I found it to be a daily dying of my sin nature. Today at 79 I am at total rest in Christ. Been in active Ministry for 39 years! So fulfill... Friends know God will work all to your good!!! Please allow it!!! I enjoyed each of your comments. I certainly felt your concern. Found Dale’s NDE in 2014. Sincere servant with tears that are so deep. His tears when he speaks are so moving. There is a shorter version on RUclips that is 30 minutes and goes right in the Heaven visit. Today is 11-13-2021 and I have had an awful day with chronic physical pain…yet here I am being reminded by Dale to keep speaking The Word of God over his physical issue. I have cried out today to Jesus…and I see He guided me to this most precious story and Dale’s words about “ keep speaking God’s Word ! “ as he did over his severely injured eye. Dale, thank you for being so vulnerable and with tenderness and true Holy Spirit humility.
Dale’s tears have a profound piercing of my heart and still do each time I listen. Thank you God for my beloved brethren !

I’ve got his book And I was so lucky to get it signed
In 1969, I was flying the North Slope of Alaska, in G44 Grumman for the oil companies, ie. Exxon the biggest, as they just struck oil around Prudo Bay & they were checking out other areas, so I was busy hauling fuel, food & equipment day & night, but of course there wasn't any night through the summer. I left at the end of summer & went to Florida flying for Chalks International Airlines out of Miami.
Just a short story from an old water pilot, now in my 80's.

I read Dale's book and then read it to my ladies' group where we meet in a conference call. His story is a gift of great hope. Dale's humility is overflowing!
I read Captain Dale Black’s book years ago, it truly moved me! He is a walking miracle! God knew how he would bless the world when he returned to earth and that’s why he sent him back!
What moves me with all the interviews in this channel, is that no matter how long ago the heaven/ afterlife encounter, they are so strongly attached to those memories that many end up in tears! The strength of their faith, the love they have for Jesus and the encounters themselves seem to be so real to them that even a recollection has them back in the moment of the experience again!

My mum died in 2015, and I had been believing in God to heal her. And when she died, I felt that God had lied to me, because I had taken Him at His word, that He is a healer.and I Don't know why He didn't heal her. But I do know that He comforted me. After about 2 weeks after her death, I had a dream, a really vivid one , where my mum came to me from the clouds. She looked young, like 16- ish. Yet she died at 52. And she was telling me that I should not be disturbed about her. She told me she was enjoying herself in heaven. And then she went up again into the sky!! That dream comforted me so much that it brought an end to my mourning. Of course I miss her alot, but I am not worried about her. I look forward to seeing her in heaven one day. heaven is real. HE is faithful, and He loves us. Believe Him and believe in Him.

Gentlemen, I watched this entire episode of Captain Dale's testimony. In fact, I also watched Randy's Heaven testimony -- as well as a few others you both have published ... not to mention many other NDE RUclips clips over the years. I have a particular interest in the subject of NDEs which may become obvious as you read more. At first, I found this episode very interesting in that Captain Dale's experience may very well have happened in the same month as my best friend from college who ALSO died and went to Heaven as a 13 or 14 year old boy ... probably in the month of July 1969. He had only been a new Christian for about 2 years as he was saved at age 12, so he didn't have much church training ... and thus, he was not familiar with many teachings on Heaven. He was just a simple 14 year old kid who loved Jesus, but lived in an abusive home.
However, I didn't meet him until nearly a decade later when we both attended at the same Christian college in Southern California. Originally, he was more of an acquaintance ... but few years after our first meeting, it turned out he and I lived in the same apartment complex ... so we got to know each other better at that point. At the time, he was up late most nights studying for his doctorate in Psychology, so I would bop into his apartment on many late nights for a chat. And that was when he started telling me about HIS NDE.
He said he died in the ER in Scottsdale Memorial, AZ and floated up through several stories of the hospital ... which was somewhat embarrassing as he went through some very well appointed private rooms. But as he left the top floor, he could see dark clouds off in the distance coming from California.
At first I was somewhat reluctant to fully embrace his story. I hadn't heard such things from anyone else and in 1979, there was no RUclips to find stories like these. But over the years, as I heard more and more details during various conversations we'd have, it started making sense that the things he was saying were likely true. For instance he said to me, many times, in Heaven there are billions of colors that don't exist on Earth. He also said he heard millions of songs at the same time, but they all dovetailed together in harmony. He also described a complete lack of pain, in a super charged body that felt like it weighed a couple of ounces.
Over the years, I have read books and seen videos of OTHERS who have described many of the same things. Some of these NDEs have been told by children who weren't even born when my friend died in 1969 ... and they reported the same kinds of things. Also, like Captain Dale reported, he said he saw other people (not family members on Earth) but he instantly knew everything about them, and they were like family to him. Which made sense to me as the Bible says, "we shall know as we are known." And if we can know as we are known, then it seems to me the supercharged bodies we will have will be that way because we are joint heirs with Jesus. We are children of God ... who will be given bodies that correspond to what it means to be a child of the King. These bodies will hear millions of songs and understand them because God can hear millions of prayers at the same time and understand them.
And like Captain Dale and others have said, my friend did NOT want to come home! And when he did, he came to on a cold ER table with paddles zapping his heart back alive ... and the worse part of it was, Heaven was so real and alive, and he was light as a feather there. But on Earth, he was heavy again and it felt unreal and like a nightmare.
Like most of you who have had this experience, he KNEW it wasn't a dream. It was the most real experience he had ever had! When you wake up from dreams, you immediately know it was a dream and not real. Heaven was NOTHING like that.
So, long ago, I came to the conclusion that my friend did indeed not hallucinate, but did in fact, die ... go to Heaven ... and reluctantly return.
So I enjoyed hearing about Captain Dale's experience ... especially due to the fact it probably happened in the same year and month as my best friend.
Unfortunately, I have to take issue with his claim that we can speak cancer out of our lives.
When my best friend, as Ron became over the years, returned from Heaven ... he knew God wanted him to serve him in a special way. He first thot it would be as a medical doctor, but soon came to find out it would be as a therapist and counselor. So he studied hard and became a highly respected therapist in the Southern California area. He counseled many of the "beautiful people" in the Southern California area, but never told me who they were. But because he served a clientele who judged by looks, he tried to keep a healthy trim figure all his life. He ate well, exercised regularly and did his best to take care of himself. Ron was about 6'4" and never weighed over 180 ... and often much less.
Now, there WAS a lot of stress in his life. He would spend 10 - 12 hours a day listening to the most awful stories you can imagine. Hearing about rape, abuse, violence, sexual escapades, etc ... was all in a day's work for him. He had to listen to all the sorted details, then pray for God to help him best help his clients. Not only was this an emotional toll on him, but there were physical threats from angry husbands who wanted to hurt him for meddling in their affairs with his counseling. And finally, Satan did NOT appreciate his efforts to undo his work ... so Ron was under spiritual attack all the time. Once you've been to Heaven, I guess the spirit world is more accessible to you ... and Satan used those doors to torment my best friend.
However, in 2018 and 2019, both he and his wife suffered some major health issues. At first he developed colon cancer, had an operation to remove it, and we thot he would be okay, then his wife had some serious heart issues. As she was battling her heart issues, Ron slowly noticed some pain returning to his stomach ... I told him to get it checked out ... but he would simply say, "We both can't be sick at the same time."
Finally as it appeared his wife was improving after months of trying to correctly diagnose her ... he could no longer ignore his pain. His cancer had come back. They tried to treat him as best they could, but there wasn't much they could do.
Now this is where I take issue with Captain Dale ... yes, my friend ignored the return of his cancer ... but when it came back in force, he did everything he could to treat it. He even tried various unconventional therapies. But most of all, he prayed in faith for healing, as did his entire church family. They prayed over him for months. And he "spoke" to healing as Captain Dale admonished us in his testimony. I was worried sick, but Ron told me "HE WOULD NOT DIE." In fact, one time, he texted me "I. AM. NOT. GOING. TO. DIE." All caps and a period after every word. He believed with all his heart God would do it again ... he might die for a few minutes he thought ... but he was sure he would get another return trip back to earth at the very least.
Yet, that did not happen.
Ron did have stress ... and he saw his own counselor for those issues. But he stayed thin, ate right, exercised all his life, and though he was late in the 2nd effort ... tried to treat his cancer with the best medicine available AND with a firmly believing heart that God wasn't thru with him on Earth yet.
But he still died in 2019.
I'm afraid I can't take Captain Dale's word for it that we bring on our own cancer. My friend never missed worship services ... even up until the week before he died ... because he said when he was on his knees and had his arms up ... he felt the love of God every bit as real as the time he spent in Heaven. So he never wanted to miss those precious moments every Sunday. He dedicated his life to serving others, and did everything he could to keep in good health for his entire life. And even at the end, he was absolutely sure God was going to heal him, or bring him back after another NDE.
I wish you could interview him for your podcast ... but he kept his NDE close to the vest most of his life. He said a professional therapist with a story like that would not be taken seriously. So he told few people ... until about 6 weeks before he died. That is when he recorded this testimony at one of his kinship groups. The sound is a little difficult at the beginning ... but perhaps you might wish to give it a listen. And you in particular, Randy, might want to compare his story to yours. He doesn't recount ALL the details he's told me over the years, but he DOES indicate a particular event at the end of his testimony that proved to him it all REALLY happened.
This was recorded about 6 weeks before Dr. Ron died for the 2nd and final time...(incidentally, his 2nd death happened just about exactly 50 years after his first one.)

I feel weird writing this but because of your reply regarding cancer I felt compelled to read about your friend Dr. Ron. I currently coexisting with endometrial cancer and fighting with the medical community due to deciding not to fight it but to make this my last season for as long as it takes. I've been asking God to take me home and I felt even He didn't want me. Then out of no where I was told I was alright and go live my life. 32 days later I was diagnosed with cancer after being told I was ok! I will be the 1st in my family to die of cancer if something else doesn't take me in whatever time I have left. Not trying to make this about me but I just wanted to give you a little background so you can understand where my head is. I have no idea of how I got to listen to this podcast other than to say God has been sending me messages. I've been asking the VA for behavioral health assistance but the request was difficult for them to accommodate me cause I wanted to actually be in their physical prescence. On 9/9 I thought I was going to get help in person with Palliative Care and instead it was a competency hearing vs a capacity request. By the end I was accepted into the program and apparently competent enough that someone will see me in person 2morrow. I am not afraid of dying because I see it as finally going home and being with love ones but I am terrified of the physical pain associated with cancer. Three days ago I saw a taped show from Dr. Oz discussing whether we are getting messages from the other side. One of my biggest fear was how ashamed I was going to feel standing in front of God as he reviewed my book of life. I have done good things for my community and society but along my journey I have done two major things that I thought I would never do. I felt I had broken convents with God and wondered how could I stand before him and still feel his unconditional love? A few hours later I see on my recently acquired cell phone this podcast (didn't) know about NDE. I heard tell that in heaven there was a golden house for all the souls of babies not born either due to sickness or abortion. That somehow this us where these souls went were nurtured & thrived. This brought me such comfort cause I was always told that those souls were lost in limbo. Today I saw the podcast again & the captain was talking about cancer and I totally didn't agree with his statement. Then I read your response and followed your direction where it lead me to read about your friend. I read everything. HIS bio, his isms, I listened to his testimony and read every single tribute that his friends, patients and family wrote about him.I want you to know that even though he is no longer in this physical world he is still serving mankind. I feel such peace and said outloud to give power & manifictations to my words that I hope he will be one of the people waiting for me on the other side since the testimonies that I read about him gave/gives me in the belief that God/Jesus will carry me and I don't have to fear the pain. Thank you for allowing me to see him, thru others eyes and to somehow feel his prescence. THIS is do out of character for me but I just had to let you know so that you will continue to pass his message on. YOU will never know whose soul you'll touch with his stories. I hope Dori and his kids are doing alright. Please let them read this post so they can see that he is still guiding, healing and helping people navigate through rough times/water. I could imagine, your good friend being extremely empathetic and sensitive, that he unconsciously chose to suffer the cancer for someone else. In the yogi-tradition of India, highly evolved spirits/souls may choose to neutralize the karma of ofthers, by taking their diseases upon themselves. / He was right though : nothing can kill a soul !

I think since the Lord showed the wonders of heaven it has usefulness to the hearer. I wouldn't leave it out. Trust the Lord for the hearers' understanding.
