Wow! I was hanging on to WIT's every word.. . especially the sections in which he connects the bird, tree, and snake imagery as yogic initiation throughout seemingly disparate cultures was literally an eye opener. There's so much information packed into this iconography I never considered like the architecture of the human brain, such as the reptilian and mammalian connection and the evolution of the bird stemming from the reptile. I even overlooked the totem poles from the pacific northwest that I've seen a thousand times. I wish he would have gone over more about the ancient global elite that he thinks was responsible for disseminating knowledge (not that 12 hours wasn't enough) but I do wonder if he thinks the global elite originates from a matrilineal culture, which is incidentally my belief. But the section on the Osiris myth that left me stumped was on the process of initiation, the 4th level in which you watch the mind thinking. I get it and I've done it, but I don't understand if this is a consciousness I've created or if it was there prior to my existence.. and how many different consciousness' can exist within a being? WIT asks or rather states, 'what is this other being that is neither knower or known?' I guess this is my question too. Any ideas?
