This is why i never like to update. Microsoft always breaks more than it fixes. This is really pissing me off!

Ikr I updated windows 10 and it broke my laptop making the keyboard malfunction so I had to uninstall the update but keyboard didnt fix and now my audio !

Absolutely wrong! Its totally not work! There is no keyboard driver found in add legacy option. Many people are frusted

My network adapter recently went missing the 2nd time. The first time i was able to reinstall it by using "add legacy hardware". However, this time it seems like I have half of the manufacturers than there were before. Sadly, the manufacturer of my network adapter is one of those missing options now.

I can see a device in Device Manager. The drivers are up to date and i can feel that the hard drive is running.
I can find out how to access the data on it though? There’s no folder visible... is there a way to open the contents so I can back it up?
Hi, Please help me I tried to install the IDT or the High definition audio but the device manage keeps saying "an error occurred during the installation of the device please help me this happened after the windows update my pc doesn't have any sounds.

hello, I accidentally did a factory reset update on my AMD 2020 and my display driver just disappeared from my device manager display adapter settings. and it's showing a new thing called Video controller in other devices tab. Could you pls help its not even letting me to roll back :(( non of these worked

Hi do you think this will help get my external hard drive to open . it is on there saying mass storage device WD external hard drive but when I try to open it it only comes up with properties. it also seems to register as HP tools now but it is there I just can't seem to get it to come back on. at first, device manager displayed only "HELP", I was able to show all the functions such as the "add legacy hardware" but it seems that I was landed on another problem, i can't install the app because it doesn't show the "manufacturer and model" of the hardware device. Hope you can discuss this for those who have the same trouble like with me. Thank you in advance sir!

Will this work o a surface laptop go 1943? I camt get to get the battery icon, and the laptop works really bad, it worked fine before, i dont see the battery icon on dwvice manager even when i already clicked on "show hidden devices"
Guys even after installing driver if it doesn't appear it might be a bug, if you're on a laptop do a cold shutdown (press power button for 10 secs, wait for few seconds and power on again} your Bluetooth should be back

...I uninstalled the touchpad and deleted the files...now it is not on the device manager menu or on the settings menu...it was a faulty touchpad with all types of inconveniences so I thought I'd just get rid of the problem and buy a mouse for the laptop...I reinstalled the drivers from the manufacturer's website but the touchpad is still not on the menu...their support community says the "chipset" files might have been deleted and that is why I can't connect the touchpad after the drivers are reinstalled...does someone know how to fix this? ...I can't run the system restore either to an earlier restore point because the computer won't show an earlier time but days after the touchpad was deleted...
