Why the LOE got both relations as Predecessor? why we can assign its relation as Pred and Succ with SS and FF respectively. Appreciate your Response

It could either be in predecessor or successor since it is a FF relationship ..and both are correct..

LOE is a summary activity and can be used to obtain the duration between activities without having a critical path represented, so using SS-FF between activities tells u the duration between what ever activities u need.

Should do it with predecessor and successor otherwise you will have open ends and fail schedule health check
