I’ve been struggling with low self esteem for a while now. It’s likely because, while I identify as female, my gender expression is very different from that of a typical girl my age. I’m also autistic which restricts the clothes i can comfortably wear. Usually, my clothing is limited to t-shirts, leggings/shorts and hoodies. I hate the feeling of jeans and most long sleeved tops. My autism also means that i tend to interact in a strange way and a lot of people think I’m weird and annoying. I’ve also been bullied in the past which has not helped.

I’ve been struggling with low self esteem for a while now. It’s likely because, while I identify as female, my gender expression is very different from that of a typical girl my age. I’m also autistic which restricts the clothes i can comfortably wear. Usually, my clothing is limited to t-shirts, leggings/shorts and hoodies. I hate the feeling of jeans and most long sleeved tops. My autism also means that i tend to interact in a strange way and a lot of people think I’m weird and annoying. I’ve also been bullied in the past which has not helped.
