2:11 It's not a pseudo-1 up, it IS a 1-up, you revive as tainted lost, this also applies for tainted ??? with ankh and tainted laz with the rags, if you are the tainted version of that character you revive as said tainted version, you don't go back to the original one.
Interesting how Esau Jr gave you TmTrainer, but all the items rerolled into normal ones. Kind of a shame, would have been fun to see a run full of glitched items

do you know that Baby Plum can be "defeated" if you (and your familiars) don't hit him for 30 seconds, it gives and unlocks you the active item to summons him afterwards
here is something you can try get spirit sword + soy milk + other items to get your tear rate to 30 ( or more ) then get gello and 4.5 volt test it with console commands to give yourself all of this then tell me what you think

@@adamb8625 oh sorry i didnt get notifs. Well I'd suggest completing some essential challenges first to unlock items and runes. They help a lot. You can easily destroy blue baby with 2 op items so try to get as many angel/devil deals you can.

I dunno if everyone knows that, but w/e: if you meet in item room two pedestals to choose, you can take both of them by using a bomb next to a first pedestal and taking the first item right when the bomb explodes, so it pushes you to the second item. I just found out recently, haven’t tried that yet :p
Nah, the worst mistake was when i took God head, but then by using "the stars" card got teleported to item room and took mom's knife by accident. And what i got? Just knife that aims to near target, but kinda wierd
