This guy is an incredible welder excellent job brother wow great skill level demonstrated in this video I have my TSSA flat & horizontal certification at the moment and I'm working towards stainless flux core with gas
Excelente video, muy didáctico,se agradecería mucho subtítulos en español, gracias por compartir sus conocimientos,un saludo cordial y por supuesto un gran like desde Narón, Galicia (España)
Now i have seen a few Videos about Mig Welding. Videos that were Filmed in the US. In every Video you Guys tuned the Mig Machines with Voltage and Wire Speed but not on Current. Im from Germany and all the Mig Machines I know are tuned on Amperage and Wire Speed. Quality Machines also have a Voltage Tuner, but only for controlling the Length of your Arc. At mine cheap chinese One, I set the Wire Thickness, Current and Wire Speed is automatic. I can also Tune the Voltage a bit for Arc Control.
Whenever you stop, grind the stop clean, then start from there (make sure you fuse well). I always grind my tie ins very lightly, and if it looks good, i just buff it.
@@Ruben901 do you just point it at the ground spot and start welding or is it like the way you do with stick welding where in you trace the ground area? Thanks bro
В иностранных проектах частенько корень варят TIG, а заполнение покрытыми или как в этом случае порошковой проволокой. Считается что корень чище выполненной сваркой TIG

This guy should host more episodes lol love the energy and vulgarity 🤘
He definitely reminds me of a bunch of welders I work with 😂
Definitely lol I’d love to work with this one.
I love how he yall showed the frustration of having a fat spark land on you.
I liked the quarter turn lenght wise slag you removed on minute 14:38 never seen it before. 👌

Definitely need a few seconds post flow to shield the tungsten after weld termination.
Yeah he gave some bad advice there. Hence why you see smoke come out of the torch when he terminates his welds.
Agree
Tig/Flux combo, is common now on shops.
Yeah man..i like it better than mig/flux, for position welds at least..roll out mig and flux 🍻

How do you do tie-ins on flux-cored?

What the point of having a mask if you’re not using it

Why in the world are you asking me that question?
@@richelleseradoy9998

Fluxcore doesn't dig dude. Its hot but doesn't dig.
