opening an app 1 or 2 seconds late doens't shows how a processor works. It depends on how to processor can handle the stress for a prolonged period of time. Like playing PUBG in max setting and then see how much the performance is getting throttled and how the FPS is being stable (ofcourse it depends on how the OEM has optimized its UI by accessing the full potential of the processor)...thats what a comparison is.. this kind of comparison is makes no sense at all bro !! Change your comparison method bro !!!
