It allows you to draw cards as many as you need , and if you don’t find the right card in your deck you may also draw from your opponent’s deck .. this card must be nerfed.

There is some pendulum (though, master rule 4 weakens most pend archetypes). True Draco gets some mileage, Trickster is essentially the site's cancer. Blue-eyes still gets decent traffic, DM is less common but still used. Lightsworn is all over the place. Other than that, it can be pretty mixed bag.
