It's crazy that mods are the only source of new content. Hopefully, with UMVC3 coming back to EVO this year will show Disney that we want more. If Street Fighter 6 sells well, that may spark more motivation too.
For the next MvC it would be either: 1) Sagat/Nimrod (Nimgat) as the near-end boss and M. Bison/Bastion (M. Bastion) being the final boss. 2) Astaroth from Ghosts'n Goblins and Loki merging into the unmovable threat they call themselves "Ragnarok Astaroth". 3) Lady Dimitrescu and Knull fused as the Lady in the Black Mold "Klyntarcina Dimitresknull".

Frankly MvC:I got too much flack when it came out. Players were too blind to dbfz. MvC:I wasn't that bad a game. Sure, it leaves a lot of things to be desired but it ain't a bad title. It was weak compared to its predecessors but it ain't bad tho
I feel exactly the same. It's not as good as the others, but it's still decent. I've been playing it a lot lately because of this video. Ultron Omega is absolutely ridiculous on the hardest mode. I didn't get in too deep before, but I'm enjoying it. The new tag mechanic creates all kinds of crazy setups and combos. If anyone's into Marvel ... pick it up on Steam. It drops to $7 all the time with their sales.
I agree. It's more disappointing than awful. If it had a more satisfying roster, players might have been more forgiving on its other short comings. But at the same time, DBFZ did give fans what they mainly wanted back in MvC2 and 3 which they totally succeeded in despite a few issues.
@@dnmstarsi Yeah I'm not a fan of the ugly MCU-inspired designs. Also, the pettiness of Disney kept the X-Men and others off the roster. Disappointing.

Yeah they just quadrupled his health and doubled his damage in hard mode. Nothing really beyond that, and just made a screaming damage sponged.
