How do you get the bass so make that yummy sound? Is it the box at the beinning that you plugged your bass to? Im a complete beginner to bass so idk what to call it lol
You probably know the answer by now, but that is a sound interface. He used that to plug the bass into an input that the computer can interpret and understand. This is how he can directly record the instrument cleanly without using an amp and mic setup. For how it sounds, it’s likely that other interface he used, or processing done by a virtual amp simulator in his DAW (Digital Audio Workstation, like FL Studio or Cubase) of choice.
