He is paid for extra hours. He himself admitted in an interview to neversea that negotiates with the organizers beforehand the time he will spend on stage.
Nerversea and Untold are the same Festival , the organizers are the same, the only difference is that Neversea is held on a beach in Constanta Romania. and he was pay'd for 4 hours at untold festival 2018 and he play'd 7 hours :)
