This is what depression truly looks like nothing matters not even your crown that is said to be a women's beauty..
When I shaved my head I felt a relief of the weight I carried of all those past memories. You cannot do much to feel good or a change. Sometimes not caring about the judgement and doing what will makes you feel free just do it. Today I unlocked a new level in life the hair is never gonna be a fear factor or judgement factor in my life.
I have unlocked a new self in me. I don't regret anything🥰😍

@@SurajVerma-ck7nz You can get a headshave for exfoliating the scalp Would suggest care for after since you if u have short hair. Step one take steam first and then a nice hair wash with good ph level shampoo. Then dry the scalp apply virgin coconut oil to your scalped and not hair once a week. Apply oil directly on the scalp. Keep over night wash next day. Include omega rich food. If your vegetarian flaxseed, walnut are best before bed to full fill the need of omega.
