one day I'll be able to perform with the phiharmonia orchestra
Very nice and inspiring trumpet talk from the great trumpeter. Thank you very much.
What a great musician and intellect. He seems like a nice guy too.
A wonderful and very accomplished musician with a total empathy with his chosen instrument.
Delightful interview - very thoughtful and humourous discussion between clear thinkers. Bravo!
A master of his craft and a gentlemen.Thk you.
Thanks for tuning into our channel and taking the time to feed back.
Fantastic !
I agree totally with Haken on beginners to play. Starting with just air is disastrous. I have taken on players who had been taught by someone else and it took 2 months to get them to use the tongue. One has to time the air and tongue. Just starting with air is good for advanced players as they understand the concept of air starting a note.

Does Mr Hardenberger play the C trumpet mostly? Exclusively? Secondarily?
It depends on the piece but new written classical music is mainly for C Trumpet and since that is his area, he mostly plays on C trumpet. But he plays both.
What is the spelling of the book that Håkan says he and Maurice André used at 17:57?
No update on what the spelling of the method he mentioned?
@@TDG1919 He is talking about the Franquin method (Trompette moderne).
