In USA - yes, ordinary forces are very well-armed. USA, Israel have the the best militaries in the world. But the case is different in other countries. In games poor Eastern-Europeans or Arabs have newest equipment. It looks strange :)
Yes, we are poor comparing us with western countries. I am Pole, I know how armies look in my part of Europe. We are strong only in commercials, but our soldiers are running with old Kalashnikovs fixed into NATO snatdards. And when they go to war - they must buy bulletproof vests and other custom equipment from Americans, because government don't give them all they need. We are poor.
One of my favorite parts of this track is the low volume and leadup to 0:48. You hear what sounds like a double bass drum kick and a *clap* and that leads into a smooth bass line along with the other Chinese instruments. Also I love the outro starting around 1:37. All the little clicks, drums and bass sound so good. Also shout out to the drums at 0:04. I feel like I'm part of a proud Chinese Army on parade lol. Its just so good.

I will admit I did a shitty thing with my friend on BF2, we took the transport helicopter on wake island when we played as the Chinese and flew really really high up so the jets could not see us and then we flew to the enemy carrier and landed on the roof. There we just spawn killed the Americans. I was the support and my friend was a medic so we could just keep going :P

Battlefield 2 will always be the best multiplayer shooter experience for me and I never regret a single moment. When I bought Battlefield 3, I initially thought I would experience the same level of entertainment. I was completely baffled. The money spended on Battlefield 3 was the worst I've ever spend on a video game title. Never have I been let down so much by the title that I love.

2 was my first Battlefield game. I didn't think much of it at the time, I actually played it in 2010 after finding a copy in my dads garage...he told me he didn't know where it came from as he had never played it, it was in a box with a whole bunch of random games nobody knew about (it could have been my uncles who passed away now that I think about it as he was a gamer and my father got alot of his stuff). Anyways I played it and the themes always stuck with me to this day and I really appreciated how they brought back Dragon Valley in BF4, I still play the BF2 maps in a game called Ravenfield where someone ported over a majority of them.

I remember that if the game loaded for more than a minute, you'd be screwed. Not gonna get on that server. On 1:40 I was already hopeless :D
Battlefield 2 will always be the best multiplayer shooter experience for me and I never regret a single moment. When I bought Battlefield 3, I initially thought I would experience the same level of entertainment. I was completely baffled. The money spended on Battlefield 3 was the worst I've ever spend on a video game title. Never have I been let down so much by the title that I love.

Essa é a melhor, sem dúvida. Quando penso em BF 2 (o melhor bf de todos) é essa trilha que me vem à memória na hora. Foi a que mais tocou nos loadings pra mim.
When I played this game as a kid I thought this is the actual Chinese anthem XD
All of the years I played BF2, I had this song stuck in the back of my head a good % of the time. Usually when I was excited to get home and play.
For me it was the MEC theme.

2 was my first Battlefield game. I didn't think much of it at the time, I actually played it in 2010 after finding a copy in my dads garage...he told me he didn't know where it came from as he had never played it, it was in a box with a whole bunch of random games nobody knew about (it could have been my uncles who passed away now that I think about it as he was a gamer and my father got alot of his stuff).
Anyways I played it and the themes always stuck with me to this day and I really appreciated how they brought back Dragon Valley in BF4, I still play the BF2 maps in a game called Ravenfield where someone ported over a majority of them.
