There are probably countless moments like this...but my top 1 will always be Rock Lee's moment. The anime was getting better, arc was getting better...and then that happened...whoever wasn't a Naruto fan by that time...they became Naruto fan after that fight scene. And Rock Lee most likely became their favourite character. That moment probably inspired many animes with main character being "normal" and beating others with powers just with his hard work alone.
Zoro’s scene was fire and all but in my opinion the best “still standing” moment would go to Whitebeard going out like an absolute legend, literally dying standing up
I'm certain this is going to make me look like a fanboy, but I'm all right with that. I think that All Might is one of the most badass good guys out there. In my opinion, he's at least in the top five. In the fight with garo, keep in mind he has a few arrows that are meant to sedate him. He has multiple broken bones, stab wounds, and countless injuries. Along with not having any weapons of his own and fighting eight heroes by sheer will and determination. Not to mention the fact that he's also putting himself in the line of fire to protect a kid. And as far as an enemy goes for any type of show, he's pretty top-notch.
"Nothing happened" And one of the most badazz OST hits in anime. Dude got wrecked by one of the most powerful individuals in the One Piece world. At the time you thought he was one of the pinnacles. He was willing to give up everything and his life to keep his captain and the other crew safe. A moment anime that will outlive its creator or anyone currently in existence. Impossible not to have on a list like this one.
To be fair, Record of Ragnarok could literally be termed "I'm Still Standing- The Anime". Both warriors take huge damage and in the end one is still standing. I think the only remotely uneven fight was Buddah-Zerofuku/Relfias and even that had Buddah get bloody.

Determination to fight to achieve his goals when it's destroying him and still standing when Shouto assumes he's won... He took an entire onslaught from the Navy, other pirates and even tanking multiple chest piercing punches from Navy Admiral Akainu. In his last moments, he proclaimed "THE ONE PIECE... DOES EXIST!!!" moments before dying where he stood, proudly displaying a completely clean back that showed he never displayed any cowardice throughout his life.
Rock lee didn’t beat Gaara in that fight. Rock lee got smashed to where they thought he would never fight again and Gaara walked away pretty much fine. Gaara clearly won the fight
Just a fun fact Igris let sung Jin woo win. In the after story we get a little dialog from igris and it is mentioned that he acknowledged Jin woos efforts and tenacity so he let him win. It’s kinda a given cause he was fighting Igris pre nerf so it was an under s rank Jin woo vs a marshal grade summon with an ridiculous amount of combat experience
the hunter x hunter one hit hard because the old guy won even in death but it lead to one of the most heartbreaking episodes as he didn't realize he had condemmed two people to death besides himself. the ant king and the blind girl who was through go won his heart. both died from the radiation the king recieved when the old guy detonated. he then went looking for the girl, the whole scene final scene fades to darkness until you hear just their voices, with one of the final images being her face with blood pouring out because of the radiation and the king lying on her lap. both dying together with the haunting words. are you stil there.
13:45 Ugh Gaara won the fight but 'quit' before the end of the battle due to Rock Lee's mentor Might Guy standing in between them. The sight of someone covering Rock Lee made Gaara question Might Guy why he would do something so unfamiliar to him. Gaara's childhood was filled with anguish and anger with his father only wanting to kill him, so it's safe to say that the sight of love made Gaara forfeit the match. But the fight was already concluded the moment Might Guy stepped in to interrupt them. Gaara had won the match, he even stood up and walked away. Rock Lee barely stood up out of sheer willpower while unconscious but it was clear he couldn't do anything after Gaara's sand shattered his arm and leg. So yes, he did project the "I'm still standing" will, but he did not win the battle. Please do more research next time!

I struggle to see how ufotable can exceed what they did with the fight vs upper 6 as far as demon slayer is concerned. For some reason however, I just know they'll make me eat my words by the time the anime is done
Zeus was extremely lucky in that fight Adam had him guessing whole time. Adam was literally winning whole fight. If his eye lasted a bit longer Zeus would've lost. In fact I think this win should go to humans cause technically Zeus lost.
There's only one anime I truly want to see, and that's the continuation of the Berserk anime in normal animation style, is that really to much to ask? Not this ugly half 2d half 3d animation, I fucking hate it. Pls bring back the animation of the Golden Age Ark, there's just something about that 90's animation style, that fits the raw unrelenting despair and power of Berserk.
