  • Well between my body giving me one problem after another, and the horrendous Florida summer weather (which is contributing to my physical problems...) the weeds have taken over this "weed free" gardener's garden... But even though I feel extremely burnt out and am in a bunch of pain i gotta do what i gotta do cause before you know it its going to be September and time for me to start the new growing season! So with that said your prayers are always welcome haha. Anyways hopefully as i dredge through this process you all can finally learn how i would take back my dominion in a garden that has gotten out of my control. There will definitely be multiple videos for this process so be sure to stay tuned!
Also my Biological Compost Tea is still available to order. It’s been a few long few months of having to wait in ingredients to get back in stock but they are finally here!!!
Feel free to check out the last video I uploaded regarding the tea. link to the video below.

Glad to have you back brother! I'm burnt out here in South Carolina. It was a bumper crop for pumpkins this year and we've been out in the field picking pumpkins, watermelons, charentais melons, and cantaloupe. Nobody wants to buy the pumpkins yet, so I'm trying this bleaching process that's supposed to preserve them. Farming is hard :(.
I have figured out pumpkins in SC after 5 years of complete failure. That's a success! Keep growing on!

I wish I lived closer to you, I would be buying produce from your stand every week to support your business. I'm growing my own organic food but I always need more, LOL Also, I have so much empathy for you because I dealt with mold and it's no joke. My house in Florida had black mold in the roof, it was a nightmare to deal with, I had to sell it eventually. People don't realize how much mold can hijack your immune system and drag you down. Thankfully, no mold in my new house. Praying for your recovery.

Distraction is the best remedy for chronic disease. I don’t do well sitting around too long either. Used to run a business and a fair sized charity and a home and garden. Crashed into the doctor’s office, in a heap. The doctor didn’t know me as I never went. Looked at my file, sighed, and asked why. My answer was that I don’t want chemical pain relief, I don’t want walking aids, I don’t want to think and I want to die having given life my all. She sighed again and said we had better do tests then as I wasn’t digesting much food at all, a new symptom. Anyway, got three diagnoses, none of them good. 10 years ago I was told to see a haematologist or die within 6 months. I went home and decided not to see the specialist but I had to make drastic lifestyle changes. I was cleared of any sign of the reason to see the specialist 4 years later when I saw a doctor again. What I’m saying is, I get it. I’m right there with you, but pace yourself. Don’t push yourself to the point where a need for distraction costs you more than it’s worth. Distractions don’t mind how long they take. Rest is important too, even though it might be scary to stop, it may even physically hurt. But, it’s worth it.

It’s been a work in progress for both… I can’t be inside when I’m nuking the place with the ozone generator. So that’s when I’m dying out in the garden trying to get ahead lol.

Sorry to hear about the mold. It’s nothing to mess with. My daughter and her family have been detoxing from black mold in their house for three years now. They have learned a lot about how to manage it but they basically had to gut the inside of their house from a leaking roof and leaking pipes. It was a no joke bad time. Might be better to replace your camper.

Spiny Amaranth (pigweed) is my garden, and has been for two years since we brought in some cow manure. It came with it. I dont know what we could have done, but I regret that so much. This time of year the weeds are just so persistent, its impossible to keep them down. Its sure discouraging. Its also the worst time to have to do the work to pull them, its too hot to bear it for long. This is the hard time of gardening without a doubt. Hang in there, this too shall pass.

I’m in the same boat as you. Biggest mistake I ever made. Definitely regret the “free” manure. I’m just working hard to pull before it set seed. I’ve also heard of a cover crop that grows so fast it can smother it out. I wish I could remember which one

Welcome to the jungle LOL😂. Yes, I am not touching my garden until September, I’ll start seeds inside my house it is just too hot outside. My Seminole squash is producing like crazy and my bananas are loving the weather, but everything else is melting or being eaten by pests. I really commend you for taking care of your garden during this heat wave. I hope your mold problem can get resolved soon.

Well, this makes me feel a little better about my weed patch. lol We've had quite a bit of rain and as everyone knows, it's kinda hard to garden in the mud. I think I'm going to have to pull out the weedeater yet again myself.

It's the mold, campers/trailers have a problem with that, PLEASE get out of there. I have lyme and mold issues and just lost a job over cognitive changes, the place was full of mold in the HVAC system. Use a tent for awhile if you have to, that mold won't come out of there. Once the humidity sets in, mold grows behind everything. Your body was telling you to leave it before your vacation.
