Republic New Way crushing heavy bulk

How did they do it before in your town? Republic service has been doing that way for years in my city

That's literally just running the blade, nothing new about it. If you want to crush up bulk items so they take up less space in your truck you use the blade and smash the bulk item multiple times then it packs better.
