There is a four bay car wash for sale for just under $500,000 that I’m very interested in doing this with. Did you just create the empty space inside and the restaurants provided the equipment or did you also add all of that into the bays?
@@TylerCauble so are you getting business loans to fund it or are you using your own personal cash? And for someone that doesn’t have the cash upfront do you think it’s a good idea to just take out business loans to take over a property like that?

Yep - we fully built out the restaurants for the tenants. All they had to do was bring their specific cooking equipment and branding

I loved this idea! I have been tryna figure out how to replicate this in my own town with similar structures. I'm gonna figure it out!
