Simon, in draft i think u should just choose the best player out of 5 and fuck the chemistry.. if u have like 70 chemistry its pretty much the same as 100.. like I play FIFA on PS4 but there shouldnt be big difference.. at least try it :)

-On the reserves choose who you want to help you
Or he could doe each position differently, for example he could rate the wingers by pace, the striker by shooting, a cm for passing, cams by dribbling, cdms by defending wingbacks by defending, centre backs by physical and goalies by just their rating.
