Those are keratin bonds. U can order keratin for rebond online, but be careful. There's a lot of junk out there. Make sure u order from a reputable vendor
When you apply the keratin it should be enough to hold all the hairs together, When removed the keratin is still stuck tot he extension. but you will need to reapply more keratin.

K tip or utip same as keratin bond will be fused directly to the hair , no other beads are needed
