- Making the flight we'd dreamed of since we were kids. Me and my brother Oli take two Cessna 172s (me in N604ND and Oli in N677ND) and fly to the very start of the Grand Canyon, landing at Marble Canyon (L41).
Did a quick catchup with this channel. Stunning as always. Champ
Thank you so much! That's very kind of you 🙌
what an experience with a rich journey , thanks for having us !
You are more than welcome! Thank you for joining along for the journey and your comment. That's very kind of you!
A great excursion. Thanks for sharing it and your memories as kids and memories of your grandfather. Wonderful.
Thank you! That's very kind of you. When we were flying it we couldn't stop thinking about what he'd be thinking if he could see what we were up to. Cheers man.
Every single shot in this video is perfectly composed. What an amazing video mate you’ve got yourself a new sub! I’m learning to fly out of KRVH and am sharing my journey, hopefully cross paths one day! Godspeed my friend.
Ahh thank you mate! That's so kind of you. Just watching your 'flying is changing my life' video and loving it. It certainly changed mine! Looking forward to watching more. And perhaps see you around! Blue skies🤘
@@AdamMcClean amazing! Definitely, looking forward to it. I’m going to binge watch your channel this week 🍿 You have an amazing film making talent and a passion for flight, what a combo.
Wow!!!
Thank you!
@@AdamMcClean do you fly on a stand-alone faa license? I’m currently on a U.K. CAA PPL with a 61.75 faa license in the LA area
@@captainjorge7882 Exactly the same! I’ll have to give you a shout when I’m back in LA. I’m thinking of getting a standalone FAA Commercial Cert as I think you can go up one step from your foreign licence. Does that sound right?
You are going to get your Commercial through FAA? My plan is to get my IR, ME and CPL all on the FAA through my 61.75 license. I spoke to the DPE about it and I was made aware that as long as you have any ICAO recognised PPL then you can get more FAA Certificates.@@AdamMcClean
An experience I’ll talk with you about forever brother🤘🏽🇺🇸
Quite! I hope we're still watching this when we're Grandad's age. Heck, I hope we're still flying this when we're Grandad's age. 🤘🏻
Adam truly amazing,I need to do this with you someday ,must be like landing on mars.As you no I love the west coast, you need to fly over niagra falls. All best
Andy
Looks like North Las Vegas Airport to me. I enjoy flying there
Very close! This one is from Henderson Executive, but I do go in and out of KVGT occasionally. I'll have to give you a shout when I'm there!
Fantastic, this channel deserves a lot more followers and views. Also tell your brother to not slam aircraft doors 😂
Thank you so much. That really does mean the world. I will promptly pass that on! Outrageously heavy-handed with those doors... But he'd tell you that he's a lot kinder to the landing gear than I am 😂
Nice to see some All In Aviation birds flying around. Cool trip! I land in Marble all the time these days.
Ahh, the best flying school in the world! I’m envious you have Marble Canyon in your back yard. I’m sure I could get used to it! Looking forward to being back.
UND Aircraft!,,,,
Yes! I love the UND colour scheme. All In Aviation bought three of them I think!
He should have brought 4 of them because you can’t find anything out here as of over $2-300K
I know the guy who sold them
How was the runway condition when you were there? A video from a few months ago showed huge potholes all over the place.
So let's say the runway condition has 'character'! Perhaps the most rugged hard surface I've landed on, but I didn't notice any potholes that would've caused damage or control problems. I believe it may have been partially resurfaced before we made this trip. But don't take my word for it!
Very nice video. I noticed that your videos are not reaching most of the people. Because your videos are not SEO and are not organically promoted to targeted audiences. As a result, according to your channel, your channel's videos are not watched, liked, or subscribed.
