I stayed at the Ibis Hotel Antwerpen Centrum in March 2024, I was working in Antwerp and stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. I don't know how much this cost, as it was paid for by an employer, but I do know that nightly rates vary with demand.
The hotel is located around a 15 minute walk (an easy walk at that) from Antwerpen Centraal Railway Station. It is well located for the city centre, shops, bars, restaurants, attractions and historic parts of the city.
The bedrooms are standard Ibis bedrooms, like you get at most Ibis Hotels. They are of a robust and decent standard, but it is a budget hotel, so it isn't a luxury experience. With that said it was perfectly comfortable and functional with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, ample plug sockets, air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom had a shower cubicle, sink and toilet, as well as a hairdryer and shower gel / shampoo.
The breakfast buffet was very good indeed, I was impressed with the selection. The bar is small but intimate and the staff were great. In fact the hotel staff were excellent, I arrived early on my first day and was allowed to check-in at midday as my room was already ready.
All in all, this is a very good budget hotel, and I would certainly stay here again in future.
