That could feed a whole small village... lol. I love how they did the downspouts with the covering at Villa Armistad, we will definitely have to add that to our build design.

I'll repost from a similar question below. "I don't have the exact figures at the moment but estimate both houses are ~400 sqm range. For a high quality build like the two in this episode expect to spend in the range of P20m-P25m which includes wall, pool, major appliances like aircon, and water filtration. Land in a gated community like ours will come in around P7.5m for a standard size lot (750sqm x P10k/sqm). So for these 2 builds I would estimate out the door in the P30m range inclusive of all above. Pricing will vary depending on quality of materials and skill of labor."
Philippines has a lot of beautiful designs homes over the years. I’ve known the people to be talented & skillful in all areas of professions, banking, engineering, construction, crafts, etc etc … their cities & province has modern buildings, resorts etc. been there in past years. Asia has developed so much that looks more modern than in the states bc they have developed later in years. Some states & cities has been deteriorating looking like 3rd world countries how Asia use to be, amazing ! 🤔😟

I don't have the exact figures at the moment but estimate both houses are ~400 sqm range. For a high quality build expect to spend in the range of P20m-P25m which includes wall, pool, major appliances like aircon, and water filtration. Land in a gated community like ours will come in around P7.5m for a standard size lot (750sqm x P10k/sqm). So for these 2 builds I would estimate out the door in the P30m range inclusive of all above. Pricing will vary depending on quality of materials and skill of labor.
Please describe the ups and downs for the legalities of land purchase - the first phase. You can build a home on the property lot and then at a later time be subject to a property lien. Happens all the time in the states.
Any idea as to why they start painting so early on? I see the yellow paint on the walls and the white patches added to smooth out the walls. I’ve never understood why they just don’t wait until all the finish work is done on the walls before they start painting it.

As a proper paint strategy incorporates 2-3 coats of final coat painting early on then touch up speeds up the process for delivery to the client.
