Your laugh is so contagious. And if you haven't already try a flexible build plate, so when you take your 3d print off just bend the plate and it snaps right off
Awesome! I think maybe you were supposed to lean the whole thing back with its face pointing up for the heat treatment though, as I imagine it would fall more neatly and naturally that way, but what you got there looked really cool, I loved the colour, it suited the subject great.
Jimmy Shaw's Tidbits Jimmy Shaw's Tidbits Yay! Well that ain't a bad first comment then is it, I'm well chuffed mate, which means 'good' where I come from! Cheers, I'm really pleased my suggestion helped. :)
Yeah I've seen a couple vids on this thing and ive seen people use a heat gun and blow dryers and a blow dryer seemed to work best, but it takes longer . You could use a heat gun but it is harder to control since the heat sets it quicker.
I thought that was going to turn out terrible. But. It’s actually quite cool. And yes I thought toilet brush at the beginning too 🦁 great work. Keep it up.
Just sharing. This is not for sale. My partner and I have come up with a way of 3D printing multi colors on a single roll of filament. We have designed it so that at the push of a button the user can select the color they desire or set a pattern up. With our system a person can tell the computer to print out just about any color they desire brand of filament does not matter. I MIGHT try to do a kickstarter when I get it the way I want it. this makes a great add on.
you should look in maybe getting a type of lead or what ever its called. this kind of lead that disintegrates when it touches water.it would be easy to clear out stuff like that thing you had to cut
Maybe try, after doing his bottom and sides of his face the way you did, just holding him, head facing the ceiling, THEN apply the heat gun. The hair should fall down towards and along his back. It should look awesome.
@@JimmyShawsTidbits1 No worries. He isn't the greatest guy to be associated with as he created the Church of Scientology. Just saw a resemblance is all. Keep the videos comin.
looks like lion toilet brush :)
+zmajmr That's exactly what I thought when I saw it. LOL!!!
Me too xD
You dont watch it to end
I thought you were going to leave the poor lion looking like a toilet brush, but you smoothed it out and made it suave.
He looked dapper with the little wave on the front. Reminds me of a disturbing phase my nephew went through a few years ago.
Your laugh is so contagious.
And if you haven't already try a flexible build plate, so when you take your 3d print off just bend the plate and it snaps right off
Recently Buildtak sent me the FlexPlate system for this printer. Definitely makes life easier.

Awesome! I think maybe you were supposed to lean the whole thing back with its face pointing up for the heat treatment though, as I imagine it would fall more neatly and naturally that way, but what you got there looked really cool, I loved the colour, it suited the subject great.
+BearWithMe You are right. After this I printed a carbon fiber Lion and it was way easier doing it the way you suggested. Thanks!

Hahahaha...THAT WAS AWESOME.. genuinely having a good time. We were laughing out asses of listening to you bud. Very nice.
you were supposed to do it with a comb, or with a blow dryer to heat it up slowly. not a heat gun...
+Saucy G Really? I wish you would have told me a month ago. LOL!!! This was my first time. I have made more and have used a hair dryer.
Yeah I've seen a couple vids on this thing and ive seen people use a heat gun and blow dryers and a blow dryer seemed to work best, but it takes longer . You could use a heat gun but it is harder to control since the heat sets it quicker.
+Saucy G Did you see the video where he used hot water to do it?
Came because I didn't realize you were going to do the mane, stayed because of the diabolical laughing

The best Hairy Lion! You been to Hairdressing College? I think that lion chose its own hairstyle from the catalogue. Love the gold filament.
you should look in maybe getting a type of lead or what ever its called. this kind of lead that disintegrates when it touches water.it would be easy to clear out stuff like that thing you had to cut
Hair actually looks grrrrrrreat!
Wow! Nice barber work, dude! :)

You found new creations for a brush to clean grills.
his laugh is so funny i am in tears
Круто получилось. А Вы похожи на льва которого распечатали прической и цветом.
Mom:"But I like your hair this way."
This is so Avant-garde
Nice Lion 😍😍😍😍
A lion in my favorite animal since I was born I fell in love with them
nice to watch. might be easier to model its hair by holding it upside down?
Maybe try, after doing his bottom and sides of his face the way you did, just holding him, head facing the ceiling, THEN apply the heat gun. The hair should fall down towards and along his back. It should look awesome.
he is looking fabulousssssssss! :D
Try dipping in warm/hot water. And pulling him out head first.
Wow fantastic!!
Love the video. Has anyone told you, you look identical to L. Ron Hubbard? Its actually scary how much you resemble him. Anyways thanks for the video
Thanks!
No, no one ever has. I'll have to look up a picture.
@@JimmyShawsTidbits1 No worries. He isn't the greatest guy to be associated with as he created the Church of Scientology. Just saw a resemblance is all. Keep the videos comin.
