My question is how i can get this value and it is location on the raft and do i use the maximum value of normal stress or the average?
The concept is boundaries of the model should taken sufficiently far away to avaoid direct influence of boundary conditions.so its ur judgement how much u take geometry in x direction and y direction. It doesnt effect overall results only properties matters. I think thats what u wanted to ask...
Can you elaborate a bit on the prescribed displacement? where do the values -1 & 0.01 come from? or are we allowed to use the values given in the software?

Flac is more credible than plaxis. I will try to upload tutorials in future.
