my older cousin was under case management for developmentally disabled mistakenly by her older sister that wants complete control of said cousins assets condo and furnishings due to the fact they have good sale value she was more or less deemed unable to handle complicated finance issues my aunt says she cannot do anything about this is due yet more family shadiness they make up excuses as they go along
