The very first article I read about the accident had a report from the company that owned it saying “the ship had electrical problems while it was docked, they were fixed, inspected, and approved before it left port”
So you could call this very old news

Unexpectedly tripped 2x. It's easily done by a person familiar with ship power. I good use of the FISA court but not sure how all crew communications can be traced but likely pre-planned. Those with knowledge of the electrical system, where were the crew members when the critical breakers tripped?

A comedy of errors on this less than ideal ship. It arrived with electrical problems,, supposedly fixed then reared their head again almost immediatly. Hence the crash. They hit a pylon of a major bridge on a main shipping channel. And the bridge was not up to standard for this crash. And it should have been. So my suggestion is that Baltimore is at least 25% in the wrong as this should have been seen when they built the thing. How many engineers pointed out that it had a chance of falling down when a pier was hit. Cheapest price got the job and IF it was not in a location to be hit by a massive ship the bridge would have been fine.
