still we would like to know how to change the structure of the order table in sales order, say for example : I would like to add a new column. how to do that?
Sounds like great improvements. But using Studio and Upgrading to the next Version is still an issue in a lot of cases. As you guys said, depends on what you want to do, but I would rather build a module than use Odoo Studio in production.

I would strongly recommend to not Delete Developments made in Studio when upgrading, this is something customers with developments in Studio struggle.
