    It is a song of Kuban Cossacks. Here is the translation of its lyrics:
    Along the lines of the Caucasus
    The young eagle flew.
    Went in front of the regiment
    Our Caucasian general.
    Chorus:
    Hey! Kuban-great!
    Hey! Kuban-great!
    Hey! Kuban!
    Kuban, you fellows!
    He congratulated us on the march,
    He kept a good speech,
    He kept a good speech,,
    He called all us eagles!
    Chorus:
    Let us recall the glory, Kuban people,
    Glory of our fathers and grandfathers,
    Glory of our fathers and grandfathers,
    Of all great Kuban people!
    Chorus:
    Their legacy to us is
    To beat our enemies mercilessly,
    To beat our enemies mercilessly,
    Not to be afraid to give our lives for this!
    Chorus:
    If the enemy will come onto us
    We Cossacks are ready to fight!
    For my beautiful home Kuban,
    For our people!

    Rough translation... of 4:06
    Oh you dissolve this dark dungeon, giving me radiant sunlight.
    Oh yes, yes, maiden
    Yes, sivogrivogo is a horse.
    Oh she walks a horse in a field, without reins so he jumps wild
    Playfully jumping, his mane whistling, his tail in the wind as he fluffed.
    Oh yes, yes, maiden
    I heard she lives in the mansion.
    The prison window was high, iron door is locked.
    Iron door, is locked yes.. stone walls, they circle.
    Yes, the window was high on the wall.. there was nothing to be seen.
    What is heard behind the wall, gradually slow footsteps..
    Gradually slow footsteps... Quiet walks the guard.

    Спасибо за "Кубанцев-молодцов", не попадались. Был на концерте Кубанского казачьего хора в Москве, собрал его репертуар. Хорошо поют и пляшут.
    "Донцов-молодцов" лучше всех исполнял анс. им. Александрова.
    Традиционные казачьи строевые песни надо приспосабливать под современность. - вполне пойдут.

    most of things copied from Georgians but i like this dance

    • @Sentnl
      @Sentnl 9 лет назад +1

      Giorgi Gachiusa Mate, Georgia was well within the border of the Russian Empire... Georgia along with a dozen other countries achieved nationalism and independence... yet it's Russia who stole culture?? LOL

    • @GiorgiGachechiladze02
      @GiorgiGachechiladze02 9 лет назад +1

      ***** u know history very bad, when Georgians were independent and strong had Kingdom dominating other Kingdoms vassal states all over Eurasian borders our kings were called King of Kings, Russia occupied Georgia only in 19th century with lies and they took many things from Georgians in their culture, Georgian culture is much older and richer then Russian

    • @Sentnl
      @Sentnl 9 лет назад +1

      Giorgi Gachiusa
      Point is, Georgia was engulfed by Russian superiority.. and only escaped when nationalism came into reality. Also, technically Georgia was under Hun rule... way back when. The Kingdom of Georgia never really extended much around the Black Sea... So I'm not sure how you come to the king of kings conclusion.

    • @Sentnl
      @Sentnl 9 лет назад +1

      Giorgi Gachiusa
      In fact the Georgian Kingdoms were so fragmented that the Ottomans were putting some heavy pressure on them... so much so that the Georgians had to ask Russia for help, and gladly fell under Russian rule in order to defend their borders.... Georgia would be a Turkish state if it wasn't for Russia - but again, nationalism prevailed.

    • @GiorgiGachechiladze02
      @GiorgiGachechiladze02 9 лет назад

      ***** Oh yes and when Russia occupied Georgia with lies, Georgians were fighting with invaders very succesfully you can check King Heraclius II of Georgia and will see, Georgia was not at danger of extinction at all, Prussian emperor in 18th century said himself in the west it is me in the east it is Heraclius
