@@nesrineferchichi9001 See the comment trail as my query was answered. I just cleaned the filter at the back of the vacuum. Remove the blue flap and there is a small square shaped filter (refer to 1.10 mins in the video). Make sure you clean it by tapping or dry brush. Do not wash as it might soak up water and swell. I did this mistake and had to order for the replacement of the filter. Hope this helps
