JINS Mitomotoyoshida Store (eyewear shop), Ibaraki, Japan by Tadashi Hirai Design Studio
The site is located in an area surrounded by large commercial buildings. Since it is not located along a busy arterial road, we envisioned relatively slow vehicle movement and walk-in customers from the spacious open-air parking lot. Surrounding stores are single-story buildings 7 to 8 meters high. The design was based on a single-sloping roof to accommodate the speed of cars and people.
부지는 대형 상업 빌딩으로 둘러싸인 지역에 위치하고 있으며, 교통량이 많은 간선 도로를 따라 있지 않기 때문에 비교적 느린 차량의 흐름과 넓은 야외 주차장으로부터의 방문객을 상정하고 있습니다 . 주위의 점포는 높이 7~8미터의 평야건물. 차나 사람의 스피드를 배려해, 편경사 지붕을 기본으로 한 설계가 되고 있습니다.
