I brake down my opinion of the Andis GTX EXO trimmer. #andis #barber #masterbarber #barbershop #clipperreview #wahl #babyliss #stylecraft #trimmerreview
My first trimmer was the OG Andis T outliners, so I was super excited to get these. They came today, I opened them, and I’m packing them up to send them back as I type this. What a disappointment. Cheap. Loud. Expensive.
I have 3 of this and I know what you mean. You got to wack it with a rubber mallet in the bottom and that can quit down the sound and straighten everything inside. No joke!
😂 I know! First thing I did was take off the blade, wipe off any grease, then after I put on the blade I used cool care and oil. I might be just a lemon but it’s seriously the loudest trimmer I’d ever heard.
@@thewoodshedbarber but they made it exactly the same size as the corded. There so many trimmers the has better ergonomic comfortable shape. And yet they put out a whole new trimmer called the bespoke.
Which is weird. I really think they’re blades are awesome but come on andis listen to the consumers. Wahl is the only og company that’s trying to make improvements with their original product and has been successful upgrading them. Not quickly but they’re doing it.
@@TikkacanKut2 truth! Oster and Andis both are just resting on past successes and too scared to innovate. The most comfortable trimmers to me right now are the Babyliss LoPro trimmer and the FX3. Small, light, quiet. The saber has a decent feel too.
@@thewoodshedbarber right.. right now I’m using my style evo with the ultimate v2.0 still blade/ the cutting blade for beard, under the neck and mustache area. The gold fx with the first gold fx blade for line ups. I have other trimmer like caliber, Wahl detailer and more but those I feel more comfortable with.
Did you watch my favorite clipper video? It’s the Andis Pulse ZR. No bias just honest. Just because I didn’t like it doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t. It was an awful experience and so I reported that. I even said that maybe I received a lemon. No bias against Andis but I didn’t like the tool.
Man this guy is hilarious🤣 when he said it sounded like he was starting up a chainsaw I lost it you just earned a new sub
I appreciate it man! I try not to take myself too serious. Why do this if I’m not gonna have fun with it!
They’re powerful but do they cut as well as andis or wahl

Have faith my friend, Andis this has got some good stuff coming on the horizon
Ok but how do they cut. I get all the gripes but the quality of the blade is the question.
Andis blades are 🔥 and have been for a long time. The machine should be better
I still love the corded Masters..Btw the Saber is an awesome trimmer as far as precision. Quiet smooth motor👌🏽. Babyliss as well

😂 that’s hilarious and it makes it even funnier if you’re for real 😂
I’ll stick with the saber and anything from Babyliss
Thanks for watching
@@thewoodshedbarber yeah I’m for real. Same thing with the cordless masters. Just a tap with a mallet and you can get them to quiet down somehow
How does it cut? That’s the biggest thing?
Cuts great I just received a tornado siren instead. I’ve since got a few that don’t scream at me like that one did
It sounds like you didn’t oil it

They could of keep everything the same just made it smaller. Like a mini t outliner
I 100% agree! Like the size of the Saber just the t outliner shape and style, could be a lot better.

Im with you man... I cant stand that noise. Hell the Masters are the same noise making cheap...smh
Man hell nah. That shit can sit on the shelf
Couldn’t agree more, Andis is hanging on by a thread at this point.
@@thewoodshedbarber literally what do they even have new that’s worth buying……….
You can tell when someone is biased against a product or company.
