Turning all these excessive buttons to a passive is a HUGE win! We need more of this…my ele shaman is super fun but the bloat of buttons and buffs are annoying af..i literally have a 6 button castsequence macro for all my buffs like lightning/earth shield, skyfury, flametongue, shield buff and ALL of them have a global…seriously make all that crap a passive and just keep skyfury as global to cast on other players. Way too many buttons clogging the screen. Even without the buffs the shaman has way too many combat buttons. I hope the reduce them to passives and just keep the essentials as abilities.
Or you could learn to play? The fact of the matter is most of you players don't actually want to play anymore and you don't want to hit buttons you just want to get loot. I have no problem playing with all of these buttons and knowing what each one does. There are plenty of games that has minimized the buttons and put it on easy mode there's even AFK games that you don't even have to log in for. You can just log in and get loot
That change to Thistle Tea & Slice and Dice are very welcome. Not having to worry about those could make things like higher tier delves much less stressful for me as one of the things I'm struggling with on my assassination spec is energy on long fights. I suspect that is because I am not using Thistle Tea correctly and I'm struggling with S&D, wasting valuable energy and combo points by refreshing it when I don't have to and/or by forgetting about it entirely, thus creating my own no win situation.
@@Nhouyengah Hopefully these changes will address that, I thistle too often either because of muscle memory or because of talent designers and delve encounter designers not talking to one another. Or possibly all of these. Regardless, automation of it should remove the human error factor to a degree.
@@timbert4672 just do S&D in opener and envenom will proc it everytime you use it, ambush, garrote, rupture, S&D and then obviously more but the rupture will give you one combo point, so only use S&D on 1 combo point otherwise you’re wasting combo points

Destro just needs a good overhaul at this point, or at least give us Cataclysm baseline Affliction and the manually agony mobs between vile taint is a huge 🤮! The list goes on.. like i said the best tree’s getting better really starting to annoy me.
i have carpal tunnel and im PISSED. finally dove deep into wow after years of being a filthy (1 monthy a year avg) casual for like 15 years, and on what seems to be a really great expansion for people like me (lots of solo, havnt found a community yet, thouht i want to). Alas i must watch youtube and take it eassy for a bit. ill still do some content but obviously i cant do more than there bare minimum
Is it easier for you to hold a controller? I have bad carpal tunnel but found using the console port addon and my ps5 remote to play wow is a lot less taxing on my hands. I still play at my desk to use the keyboard to type and do stuff that doesn’t translate well on controller but I do 90% of everything with it. Changed my life
Really glad they adjusted dark ranger instead of Sentinel. Genuinely the most boring hero talent tree I've played so far with. I'm sure it's fine and a sign of good design when top to bottom everything is passives
As a paladin main, some better self healing in ret would of been nice. FoL crits for 3-400k at 636 pvp gear does nothing and a huge waste of gcd. WoG isn't much better.
To many buttons. Make some of these passive. It makes classes feel bloated and then cant get procs unless you perfectly get the rotation down. "Oops had to moce, there goes the rotation".
@@Kooopahtroopah nah. They got a 10% buff to a few abilities. Buffing void weaver wont do much for PvE anyways. Most scenarios your orb isn't going to be able to hit all ads. Bloated rotation, wastes of talents in the tree, okayish utility. Pretty bad defensives.
Sorry but why dont paladins get their buffs back? We got it back not so long ago and they took it again? Literally the most iconic buff of the game. We need to bring back the importance of buffs and not take away every single one and make it passive... I will never forget how happy I was during leveling when I got a random priest or paladin buff because mobs went down waaay esier. I hope in the future a WOW 2 will come out that would restart the whole game back to the classic leveling feeling but with retail endgame.

It's always worth it to play late in any MMO or expansion as you will most likely enjoy your time. There are a lot of catch up mechanics to make the catch up process easier.
If you a casual that likes to collect mounts and mogs yes. From my experience story campaign and side quest are not good. The mythic plus are really bad for pugs. The raid is not pug friendly.

I mean, 1, 2, 3, 4 then F, C, Q, E and ALT 1, ALT 2, ALT 3, then we have 3 things set to mouse side buttons and it is still not enough. WTF. Honestly makes me wanna quit wow again. Gave it a chance after 10 years and I get this bloated and unfun mess.
Use ur mouse buttons to cnt alt and shft so u can get different commands for the 1234 eqfc etc....makes it 3x the value instead of 3 binds lol. Also please tell me u didn't unbind strafe.....you should never keyboard turn but strafing is always viable
@FirstLast-sw1gx never done that I always used q and e lol. Still not a good idea tho....as in pvp or on priority targets in pve you can't click on them while holding rmb and strafing when you need it now and not cycling with tab.

If you think Ele is bad, try playing Unholy DK. Even after a rework the ramp time and bloat is still a huge problem

As assasination you actually don't thistle too often, just take your time and don't spam and it gets a lot better
