I like the chopper concept you showed, I can see my Dreadnoks chilling on those. For cars I would love to see a wedge shaped super car from the 80s or 90s like a Countach, Testarossa or Lotus Espirit. The Quadro Turbo R in Cyberpunk 2077 even has this classic wedge shape and something similar could be one of their upgrade kits.
Many things about this screams from a previous company/creator called One:Twelve Garage that did the Batman Beyond vehicle, subway car, bandito charger car, and van. They took hundreds of people’s money, including my own, and disappeared. They had preorders on bbts too. Then months to a year later, this car shows up….same designs too. It’s fishy. But please, correct me if I’m wrong, because I do like it
I pre-ordered that one through BBTS because they don't charge until it's in stock. I feel for those who got cheated. It makes us so wary with new companies.

To be fair, OddFrog was only involved in the production of the vehicle, not it’s rollout or the implementation of the campaign or taking any money. They got taken for a ride by the head guy of those previous projects too. And they’ve been steadily moving forward trying to clear their name and remove themselves from their former employers/collaborators for a while now. They were even initially going to work with Ramen Toy on what became the Ramen Racer, but OddFrog declined. I’m a big fan of them and have chatted with them personally. They’re good dudes. Don’t believe me, find out for yourself. 😎

Thanks for letting us know that this is coming. I pre-ordered it and I can't wait to get another muscle car. Being a muscle car guy in real life is great to have some in my toy life too. My favorite part is that they don't ask for money up front.

It takes about two years to develop a toy to assure quality control, and that everything functions properly.. we have had ours in development for a long time, but it’s mostly because we’re small company with a even smaller budget. We’re extremely proud and honored to have our first distribution through Nerdzoic and it’s been a huge boost sales. No process is perfect. We’re just a couple of guys trying to make our dream come true if it takes a little longer than others that’s ok. We’re just happy to be finally getting some traction.

I'm still waiting for someone to do a car like this but without all the bells and whistles (I have no need for it to light up) and for a much more affordable price, like under or around $100, basically the quality and price mcfarlane has been going with. even WWE has released some decent 1:12 scale vehicles for around $50.

I really like this business decision Matt! For a while, BBTS and EE were the only domestic retailers to provide opportunity for new toy lines outside of Kickstarter. I hope this works well for everyone! Those red things on the wheels are part of the disc brakes. They're more expensive up-front, but have longer lifespans and work better- dramatically better under heavy loads than the older drum brakes.
The red things are brake calipers and the silver circles are the brake discs. Almost all modern passenger vehicles on the road today use them. Drum brakes have been outdated on passenger vehicles for decades now.

Comparing this with the Ramen Racer I can’t comment on. But they’re both based on two different classic cars for those unaware. One is a Charger the other an Impala. The customization of this really cool. Ultimately it doesn’t fit in my collection.

I don't see 1,500 folks willing to pay arounf $200.00 for this. The modularity is great for customizers, but there's not that many out there. And it's too fragile/complex for casual fans or for rough/kid play.
Why dont companies just make plain cars for $30-40 like they used to. They use to have those big plastic cars for cheap, even RC cars are the right size. Just give it opening doors and leave the customizing to us. No reason to make these things $200. I have been dying for a 1/10 police car, specifically for Robocop but it would fit it with everything else.

Ramen is actually the one who has been copying these guys. There's a long history here and since Ramen has a name and money, Ramen has been taking these ideas and running with them.
Yet ramen has a vehicle and other items out. While this company is still in the planning stage. Ok. So this company started developing their car even before the haslab? And still nothing. 😂😂😂😂😂.
